It was a private room with limited cooking facilities, the hot plates didn't work as to the instructions and it would have been a good idea to have a notice in the room that washing up and teatowel were available at a small cost. There was NO cutting board or suitable utensils for cooking.

tout etait bien ,pour la cuisine : j aurais bien aimé un micro onde qui fait aussi petit four pour gratiner . supers plaques de cuisson et lave vaisselle performant. Pour la salle de bain , le débit d eau chaude est très bien , manque juste un peu de longueur au rideau de douche.L espace chambre est tres bien avec de la place pour les affaires , les lits d une pers ont des matelas extras, confortables et doux , des Merinos . le salon , spacieux , rien a dire . Le seul point noir du séjour a été le matelas pour 2 pers qui est dans le salon , un canapé -matelas de 6 cm d épaisseur avec les plis déformés a force de temps, on dirait que l on dort sur une planche . On a dû se relayer avec les enfants toute la semaine car personne ne voulait dormir dedans , c était pénible et fatiguant car on dormait mal . L hotel est superbe et agréable . On aime beaucoup Allevard et on reviendra (en ésperant que le lit du salon soit neuf..). Personnel gentil et serviable .

Correct mais ne correspond pas à l'annonce : chambre pas du tout insonorisée, pas de grille pain, pas de bouilloire. On vous demande de rendre le logement propre sauf qu'il n'y a pas de kit de nettoyage, pas d'éponge, pas de produit vaisselle... Mais le logement était bien ( dernière phrase car le reste est considéré comme impolie par le site et mon commentaire est bloqué)

EXCELLENT.

Ce très bel hôtel est très bien placé car situé en pleine ville à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Parking privatif au pied de l'hôtel. Excellent accueil à la réception. Studio très propre, vaste, tout confort et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le calme absolu. A recommander.

Tres bel hotel, mais confort global a ameliorer

Personne a l'arrivée ni au depart. Chambre sans clim, verres qui ont un gout de produit vaisselle, pas df limiere dans le couloir de l hotel, robinet mal fixe, pas de savon dans la salle de bain, environnement tres beau, mais on sent que lhotel etant imlense, moins de soin est apporte dans les chambres.

Très beau cadre reposant et idéal pour curiste cependant infrastructures vieillissantes de l’hotel : un bon rajeunissement est URGENT Une petite ambiance musicale (en fond sonore)rendrait moins triste cet hôtel Il serait judicieux également d’apporter une solution olfactive avec diffuseurs pour éviter cette mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs et ascenseurs J’ai signalé également que les fumeurs devant l’entrée incommodent car tout remonte aux chambres côté parking

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a soggiornare perché siamo rimasti a piedi con la macchina a Susa. Ho chiamato varie volte l’albergo, lasciando un paio di messaggi in segreteria, ho inviato varie mail per avvisare del problema avuto e che dovevamo tornare a casa. Comunicazione e assistenza clienti uguale a zero.
