I almost had to extend my hand to my eye level for soap when washing hands

The room was not clean. The beds were clean but there was hair on the floor in the main room and bathroom and the toilet looked clean until my son lifted the seat. It was disgusting. The rooms need to be cleaned better. And they needed more towels in the pool area. Other than that we stayed 1 night and the front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly.
