Check in and check out were quick and easy, and the people at the desk were very nice. The room was far too small for two queen beds. The sink was right inside the door from the hallway. Fortunately, my husband and I only stayed overnight on our way home. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night or with more than two people.

Place was ideal for a stay as I was working in the area. Only down side was being placed in a room next to elevator that runs 24-7. When it’s a Monday in the hotel is 70% vacant – they should not place you next to the elevator but other than that I would stay here in a minute.. basic breakfast but good!

Over the hotel and room were clean. The bathroom however was a little questionable. The tub was stained and gross and there was a huge whole that was poorly patched behind the toilet paper holder. The breakfast was excellent.

Room needs immediate upgrade. Bathroom is a closet with the sink by the front door. Furniture was from the 1970’s. Didn’t want to touch it. The mini suite was just a door removed from the next room painted in 1980. Free breakfast was very good.

This was the best experience we have had staying away from home. Holiday Inn Express at 1715 Plaza Lane will be the only place we stay in Allentown PA. From the management to support staff above excellent. The breakfast is amazing and the coffee is excellent. Highly recommend this location.
