The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.

Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was large and very clean. The front staff let us borrow a space heater while the room heated up from the extreme cold temps outside. The hotel was super close to the PPL center where we were going to a concert.
