“This was our first time staying in a holiday park with our little one and it didn't disappoint! Great facilities - the indoor pool was brilliant, being winter and with a child who loves to swim! Really loved it! Only point of improvement would be to give the shower and the plugs in the sinks a good scrub and mould spray. Otherwise everything was great!”

“The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason. The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂. The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!”
