Service is great, it's very close to the intercity train station. Room was very clean, just one feedback since it's a split bed it wasn't very comfortable

Das Zimmer war sauber. Obwohl das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist, hat man im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern, nichts gehört und ruhig geschlafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig.

Het zou handig zijn als er ook een stopcontact zou zijn tegenover het bed ipv alleen naast het bed zodat als je op stoel zit ook bijvoorbeeld je mobiel of tablet kan opladen.

The service was excellent the owner was welcoming and friendly. He helped us with our painters and bicycles and offered bike parking which was very important for us. Very friendly & helpful staff. We enjoyed a complimentary coffee before leaving on our cycle trip to Texel .

Net hotel dichtbij station Alkmaar, zeer gastvrije eigenaars. Uitleg over hoe de sleutel na 21 uur kon worden opgehaald was zeer helder. Goed ontbijt. Gezellige lounge. Goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding.

Klein maar gezellig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De ontvangst is in het café/restaurant waarna je naar je kamer wordt gebracht in het naastgelegen pand. Hier is alles keurig schoon en in orde; het leek allemaal wel gloednieuw!

Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der guten Bewertungen und Bilder gebucht, mussten aber vor Ort feststellen, dass dies nicht ganz der Realität entsprach. Es gibt definitiv Hotels, die sauberer und besser ausgestattet sind. Das Zimmer wirkte nicht fertig gestellt: es lagen Schrauben und eine Sicherung rum, das Licht im Bad konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden, die „Küchenzeile“ war nicht fertig gestellt, die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Wenn man nur im Hotel zum Schlafen und Duschen ist, ist es in Ordnung, jedoch würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen oder an Freunde empfehlen. Pluspunkt: Personal ist sehr nett, Parken ist super günstig und es ist sehr zentral.
