Rooms cleaned every 3 days is not acceptable for 400+ a night. No water pressure. Electricity went off twice in 4 days. Dirty carpet in hallways. No entertainment. There is a piano in the lobby and no one to play it. Casino was ok. Staff was nice for the most part. I realize it’s an island but you can still expect more from the employees. Not worth the price.

The rooms were clean which is a very big priority for me . Most of the staff and a not friendly. My biggest issue was the breakfast buffet at The Tides . #1 the buffet assortment is very basic #2 we waited 45min for an omelette due to the staff not being prepared , even though the restaurant was open the staff member at the omelette station was not prepared nor in a hurry to start services . For the price of a basic buffet I would at least expect better service . Not everyone was unfriendly but the majority were .

First I should say the staff are very friendly. The facility however definitely needs new management. The AC did not work properly in MANY rooms including ours. The chairs and grounds were dirty and not well kept at all. Everything was overpriced

The room was nice although i didn’t like the shower ‘faucets’. Staff was not mean but they weren’t necessarily nice either. Several of them acted as if they didnt care whether r not if i made a purchase. The views were great, the monkey bar and the casino bar were amazing.

Resort World was the nicest on the island which isn't saying much as they are the ONLY resort on the island. Without any competition expect a bare minimum resort experience, I've never heard the words "we can't help you" as much as I did here! Can I substitute chicken for shrimp? Nope. Can I order the shrimp cocktail listed in the online menu? Nope. Can I order my favorite drink? Nope, were fresh out. Beautiful island but I've had better resort experiences
