When entering the room it had a string odor bed was not made items where tossed on the couches I was there one night so I simply said it’s fine as long as there’s a pillow and blanket I’m Ok well fast forward to a week waiting for my deposit they say that fitted sheet and pillow case was missing like tf and now I’m still waiting to speak to a manager

Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The room itself however was very humid and turning up the air conditioner only made it cold humidity. So the air quality in the room was poor. All in all we will continue to stay at Quality Inns.

Stinky room and pool with no water

The smell of the room was a hint of lemon then spoiled milk. Not a pleasant smell at all. I had to attend an event and hotels were booked or I would have gotten another hotel. Also, when choosing a hotel I looked for one with a pool. This one had a pool, but was empty. Between the smell of the room and an empty pool it was not a pleasant stay. I will not go back or recommend this property.

Alexandria was great.

First of all it was recently taken over by Quality inn so minimal signage. We had to hunt to find the motel. Second check in was a nightmare. The clerk Alexandria was wonderful and worked very hard to get it done properly. As I understand because quality inn had just taken over there was an issue with my credit card and the temporary deposit. Alexandria didn’t give up. She persevered and we were finally allowed to check in. When it was time to leave I wanted to be sure my credit card was released from the deposit charge. I hope it was because I waited at the desk, rang the bell twice but no one ever showed up. I hope you get things fixed.

Roach hotel

At first arrival the grounds were unkept. Grass was very long. Front lobby was welcoming. Upon entering the room it had a mildew smell. Bathtub seemed to have been painted and parts of it was chipped away. We went to the pool and the filtration system was not running so the pool had a lot of bugs floating on the surface.The hairdryer did not work properly. The outlet seemed to not hold the plug in. Also had to hold the on button while trying to dry my hair. The morning of checkout there was a roach on the AC unit. All night I was itchy and didn’t know why until I pulled the covers and there was a bug. I killed it and it left a bloody stain on the sheets.
