Two travelers (Me and my son), nice stay, room clean but some smell like humid, I guees because the weather and permanent air condition on. The pool was out of service, my son missed that. good staff attention. the breakfast is very simple (said as a Mexican). Acceptable and cost benefit effective. We enjoyed visiting Alice and Corpus Christi

We enjoyed our stay there this weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They secured our room quickly and helped when we had questions about breakfast and the pool. They are going through renovations, so it wasn't the cleanest we've ever seen it, but that's not a reason we'd use to not go back. We will def come back to this place and look forward to when it's completed!

Friendly staff but very bad property

Place smelled moldy and did not look at all like pictured. They were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Staff was great but the property was in very bad condition but so are the rest in that town of Alice, Tx.

Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The room itself however was very humid and turning up the air conditioner only made it cold humidity. So the air quality in the room was poor. All in all we will continue to stay at Quality Inns.

We had issues at our previous hotel we had to leave, so we arrived after midnight. There was a group of people at the front desk that had been waiting over 20 min for someome to check them in. It was a group effort to knock on doors, check the area, until a friend of the front desk clerk found her and brought her to the front. Lord knows what she was doing in the back of the hotel so long.

The person at the front desk was curt and dismissive, with no explanations as to where our room was. However, the cleaning staff was friendly, and did a good job with what they had to work with. The carpet was pretty dirty….needs a good shampoo. The bed was comfortable,the water was hot, and the ac was cold.
