Great little, cheap stop over.

Great little hotel for a stopover. Easy reach to the Airport with a bus stop on the main road outside, and 20 minute walk to Train Station if going into Valencia. Not a lovely looking hotel but it doesn’t charge for that - simple, convenient and to the point. Breakfast was just about suitable, an area they can easily improve.

Average stay

A hotel that’s under renovation and it absolutely needs it. Cheap. That’s about where it ends tbh. The TV had teletext!!! Massive upgrade taking place so the place is a bit of a dive at present. Am sure in time it will be decent. Location is good, slightly out of the city centre but handy for the train and bus station.

Staff were friendly but the hotel is tired and needs upgrading- for example the metal overflow in the bath was rusted, as was the bathroom bin. Overall everything was clean and working.

The property is undergoing referbishment which does affect its overall score but the staff were excellent and the whole trip was cost effective. A point of concern was the thinness of walls as it was possible yo hear noise from adjacent rooms. It is a considerable stroll from the centre of Ali ante but that is why it's reasonably priced.Our small Pomeranian dog was very welcomed into hotel areas.

Great option if you’re on a tight budget or travelling from/to the airport by car, as there’s free parking included. Around 30 minutes’ walk from the marina and tourist part of town. Property showing signs of age but very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a late arriving flight (10.30pm) and wanted somewhere we could start a fly drive break from, with easy access to Alicante so we could tour the city. We drove into town (5 minutes) and parked at the marina, then walked around for a few hours, calling in at the beautiful Central Market and castle.

Very poor!!!!

The hotel is pulling apart- everything is old and broken. The workers are nice and friendly however, room was not clean. We could hear other people shouting on the hall at 5am in the morning. Would I stay again? no! I raised it with hotels.com and still no action to my concerns so I am also not sure about hotels.com reply and customer care too.

Great value hotel.

We were only there for one night but couldn't fault the place, staff very friendly and helpful. We had the menu del dia and the food was excellent and such good value. Room was plenty big enough and clean as was bathroom. Comfortable bed and Pillows. Great bar, prices not bad for a hotel. Hotel not in the city centre but not far, didn't take us long to walk. Caught the airport bus to the hotel and it dropped us off across the road from hotel and when we went back to airport the bus stop practically outside hotel, couldn't be easier, not on bus long before you have to get off but you can see hotel on the left-hand side, as soon as you see it ring bell for bus to stop and hopefully you haven't missed the stop, if so just get off at next stop and walk back. Great value hotel and would stay here again when i need a hotel in alicante.

O Hotel tem ótimas instalações, estacionamento, e pareceu muito limpo e bem cuidado. Único ponto negativo é que, ao que parece, tentaram economizar com o gasto de energia, e o ar condicionado não era suficiente para deixar o quarto em uma temperatura agradável, mesmo quando regulsdo na temperatura mínima. Apenas por este detalhe (muito importante, pois nos causou desconforto), não teve uma nota excelente.

La estancia y todo lo referente a las instalaciones del hotel muy bien. Lo que resulta inaceptable, y estoy en vías de reclamación a través de los abogados de FACUA, es que la empresa con la que contraté el hotel (HOTELES. COM) se niegue a proporcionarme la obligatoria factura alegando algo tan absurdo como que aplican la ley de Estados Unidos donde no se factura con IVA y por lo tanto no me pueden hacer la factura. No haré más comentarios a esto porque serán los abogados de FACUA los que se pondrán en contacto con ustedes. Una vergüenza que incumplan la legislación vigente tan descaradamente y nos desprecien a los consumidores. Al parecer soy el único cliente en toda España que necesita una factura legal (no un recibo) para justificar los gastos
