This is a room in a lovely historic building right in the centre of Alicante. Surrounded by cafe bars and restaurants. Excellent location just a short walk to everything. The check in process is smooth if you follow the instructions sent beforehand. My only concern is that as others have noted there are no staff on sight and when we phoned over a small matter no one answered the phone. The room is well equipped, smart TV, fridge, good Wi Fi, toiletries, small balcony overlooking the street. There is a lift. We would stay again but if you like the personal touch this place isn’t for you.

Superb studio apartment

Superb apartment. The property was immaculate with everything you could need for a short stay. Fantastic central location with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Amelia was a great host. Highly recommend this property will definitely be booking again.

Lovely Stay

Had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Habitaciones. Perfect location for exploring the city with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Easy access to the marina and castle. Parking close by, less than a 5 minute walk to a number of public car parks. The apartment was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit Alicante.

Alicante for san Juan

Great clean accomodation. Superb location for the old town and the beach. The superior double we had was spacious and even included a little seating area. The courtyard view was disappointing (no courtyard just a dumping ground). The mini fridge and coffee machine were useful, as was the air conditioning as it was v hot. Comfy bed, great shower and good towels (if a little small). The check in process worked well. All in all, I would stay again.

The room was great nice and clean. The area was fantastic close to the beach. Everything was really good apart from a bit complicated for a check in and no Wi-Fi service I normally don’t use it though but the problem is was not even 4G or 5G in my phone as well as no Internet service and that wasn’t good because as I am travelling around every day in a different city so I need to know what’s going on all the time but hey Ho

There is no lobby or face to face check-in, but check-in went as described and smoothly. Room was large, clean, and very nice. A/C worked and shower was good. Bed mattress was good. I stayed two nights and (automatically?) got full maid service both nights! In room refrigerator worked in the beginning but not as cold as I would have liked. Morning of check-out, it appears it may have died. My room was surprising quiet. I never heard or saw another guest (but the place was sold out) and the outside area was active all night -- the rooms must have really good sound proofing. I would definitely try to stay here again when visiting Alicante.

Lovely room with a modern bathroom. It has a fridge and a coffee machine. Would highly recommend staying here, it is in a great location. We booked this last minute and received excellent help when we required it to enter the building.

I would so highly recommend this accommodation! It is so incredibly well placed in the Old Town and surprisingly spacious considering the location. Rooms are modern and very clean and it is an especially nice touch that they provide cakes and coffee each morning. My only comments to make this accommodation an 11/10 would be 1) better toilet paper and 2) a mirror on the desk so I can do my makeup not- in the bathroom

Lovely old building in the old town so convenient for just about everything. Room and general circulation areas recently refurbished - we had one of the spacious rooms at the back though no view (light well and translucent window), but was likely quieter than being at the front. Note there is no reception - check in and keys are all remote / electronic.

Great room, great location

Very comfortable stay. Room was easy to access, inside was very clean and in a great location. Super bathroom too. Understand it's eco friendly but personally would appreciate proper cups instead of paper ones for the coffee machine. Otherwise loved it ❤️

Beyond my expectations!

This place is superb! Our room was extremely clean and everything looked like new! Super comfortable bed and great shower. The communication with the host was also great, I appreciate that there was someone waiting for us in our late check in as our flight arrived past midnight. I definitely recommend this place.

Lovely Room with Balcony

Lovely room and great central location. Easy walk to beach. Just be sure to register online BEFORE you get to hotel. I had trouble doing so and only completed half of it before arriving and did not receive the entrance code in advance. Luckily someone was there to let us in.

A fantastic place to stay in the centre of Alicante. Beautiful clean room and a great size. The only things which could improve would be an in room safe and somewhere to leave a bag. However, at the great price it is, I understand why this isn’t possible. Thank you for such a great stay
