Very good location, close to the bus stop and a beautiful garden. Room new, clean, well-kept and cleaned every day. New air conditioning, working flawlessly. As a welcome we received a nice Sardinian surprise, a delicious wine. Service very helpful and nice. A delicious Italian breakfast at the park café. I am happy to recommend relaxation here! Best regards;)

Horrible, pas dormi de la nuit car un bar restaurant se trouve juste en dessous et musique jusqu'à 3h du matin et bruit de musique le matin à 7h, petit déjeuner moyen dans ce même bar. Dommage pour la propriétaire qui était très ennuyée de la situation et nous a finalement remboursé l'intégralité de la chambre. Sinon l'appartement est top, j'espère que Maria Louisa pourra trouver une solution avec ce problème car elle le mérite.

Состояние номера отличное, номер небольшой (на фото выглядит просторнее и нет балкона), были проблемы с сушкой вещей. Хозяйка очень милая, помогала с любыми вопросами, каждый день приходит для уборки номера. Расположение в самом центре, около остановки до аэропорта и других городов (непосредственно под окнами). До городского пляжа пешком минут 15, есть собственные зонтики (их нужно нести до пляжа). Бесплатные завтраки в ближайшем кафе (выпечка + кофе). Единственный минус для меня - довольно шумная улица, особенно по пятницам (дискотека или что-то подобное до 4 утра в ближайшем баре).
