Good value

Room was good size, bed was good and we had a nice stay but a pity there was no tea/coffee facility in the room. The restaurant was always closed when we wanted to use it. The staff were helpful. The car park is very tight to get large cars in the bays.

The wifi does not work well in the rooms that are far away from the elevator. You need to go to the lobby, no coffee machine, no vending machines to get coffee when cafe is closed. Smoking area is only open during cafe hours. Otherwise smoke in the street with no seats or a bench to sit on, they advertise laundry service on website and inroom wifi menu but they don't provide it. I don't know how they have 3 stars. At time of check out I was told power is going out at 12:00 noon when I got to the elevator on 6th floor and had a nice cleaning lady call to keep it on so I could take the lift with my bags

This hotel on its website and in the wifi menu system mentions it has laundry service. I booked it because I needed to do laundry from travels. No such service is provided. The hotel staff mentioned a retail store and laundry machine down the street. I am disabled and no one offered to help take it there. Not much of a conceirge service, they didn't know anything about the laundry service if they press suits of how long it would take. They said maybe 3 to days but had no idea. There is no coffee maker or hot water capabilities in the rooms. Only at the cafe. The cafe has limited hours. The smoking area outside is closed outside of the cafe hours and there is no place to sit and smoke if you are disabled. Only the street. Raquel was kind enough to make coffee for me as an exception but outside of that good luck. It's not worth the price and not a good value. False laundry advertising does not help.

Room was okay. Area is industrial, not good for tourists. The restaurant is awful - terrible food and lacking any attempt to make it presentable.

A szoba nagyon tiszta, segítőkész a személyzet, a svédasztalos reggeli nagyon bőséges volt. A belváros 10-15 perc kényelmes sétával megközelíthető. Kávézó, bolt 2 percre elérhető.
