“We loved our brief stay on beautiful Alfriston. A lovely hotel with excellent staff and a fine breakfast.”

“The room was in adequate no hooks in bathroom Mattress was had added layer of sponge on top to form it Did not do the job instead I felt I was going to fall off It was very uncomfortable Very grumpy manager did not want to hear about my complaint”

“Perfect getaway from London with the Sever Sisters a short hike away. The pub is nice and if their kitchen is closed, there’s a Thai place across where you can order take out”

“As always, very welcoming and helpful staff. Only downside, no chair in the room.”

“While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference”
