Close to the M1 and as we were visiting family it was in the right place and there was shopping nearby which was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and everything was excellent especially the staff who were very polite and helpful. When we visit again in the new year we will be staying here again.

From the warm welcome we received on checking in to the friendly goodbye we enjoyed everything about our stay. Breakfast was perfect and the lady in charge was helpful, friendly and very accommodating to us even though we were late to breakfast. Everywhere was spotless throughout the hotel

We've stayed at this Holiday Inn several times to break up long car journeys. The rooms are comfortable, there's free parking and a great breakfast! The staff in the bar and on breakfast are so nice and helpful and make the stay really pleasant.

Another excellent stay

We have stayed in this hotel a few times before and we will continue coming back. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has been improved to a very high standard. Breakfast is excellent and it is so clean!

Soap containers were empty. Took 2hours of multi requests for soap. Apparently all rooms have NO AC. Room was 27c. Minimal ability to open the window- so almost no ventilation. Offered a fan... this was of no help. Food poor quality. Rooms on 1st floor still require youb to walk a flight of stairs... Overall, I had I had a very poor experience at this Hiltonn Double Tree. Save your money and stay at the nearby Hilton Garden. I certainly won't be back.

Great stay. Lovely hotel

Rooms were modern and clean. Great bar area with good selection of food and drinks. Staff friendly. Highly recommend. The pool area is ok, but the pictures over exaggerate the size and the shower facilities are quite outdated.

Couples stay

We really loved our stay , the hotel room and communal areas were lovely although the swimming pool changing rooms and areas was not clean and needs some refurbishment. Ashame this as let’s the hotel down .
