Sempre me hospedo neste hotel quando vou a Alfenas, entretanto essa estadia foi realmente um desastre. Primeiramente nos colocaram em um quarto encima da cozinha, era um barulho irritante mas assim que solicitamos um novo quarto nos atenderam e mudamos para um mais silencioso. Estava indo tudo bem até o café da manhã no domingo . .. um verdadeiro caos. O hotel estava lotado, se via a boa vontade dos funcionários em atender rapidamente mas as reposições eram demoradas, cliente reclamando do suco que estava muito aguado, e o mais triste foi ver pães amanhecidos, alguns duros, me mostrou um despreparo para atender alta demanda. Enfim, pode acontecer e esperamos que melhorem esse serviço.

Primeiro Andar problematico.

o quarto inicialmente reservado ficava com janela para o telhado e a agua dos aparelhos de ar condicionado dos andares a cima caem na latas de contra rufo, o que incomoda muito solicitei mudança de quarto o que foi atendido, mas não deixa de ser algo a ser melhorado em um hotel com a qualidade do class.

Lamentável a estadia, fomos colocados no apart 01, banheiro imundo, sem agua quente, até barata matei no quarto, reclamei na recepção, houve a troca para o apartamento 208, este em condições normais de habitação. Mas a experiência foi desastrosa.

A estadia foi boa. A manutenção do quarto pode ser melhor. A porta do box do banheiro estava solta e o dispenser de papel higiênico com a trava quebrada. A academia não tem manutenção também. O aparelho de musculação estava totalmente desalinhado, sendo até perigoso para quem fosse usá-lo. O restaurante também deixa a desejar.

Um pouco frustrado.

Recepção excelente, TV horrivel, fiz pedido pelo site e não recebi porque o restaurante estava sem internet, quando liguei fui informado que ja havia encerrado, colchão ruim, quarto sem ar apenas com ventilador de teto e cartão chave se colocado proximo a outros cartões ou celular dava problema e tinha que ir até a recepçao antes de entrar no quarto.
