Location was great, right next to the loch, Food at the hotel opposite was great and the staff were great. Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. Other than that, we had a very relaxing night's stay and were very comfortable.

Great location. Nice and clean room. It did not have the breakfast or any service nearby. You have to drive to other hotel to have a breakfast. The breakfast did not have discount for guest at the beach house. Check in was at the sister hotel as well. Overal very nice stay and location. The downfall is not having the reception in the hotel and breakfast is served 3 miles away.

Great room, fantastic view

The room had a wonderful view of Loch Lomond, was exceptionally clean, and the staff was gracious and quite helpful. Overall, a great middle stop on our way from Isle of Skye to The Lake District.

Beautiful location - very clean, large and beautifully furnished room. We had dinner and a take away breakfast bap at the Inn on the Loch. A bit noisy on bottom floor room as you can hear those above walking around - in their bathroom I think.

Not well sign posted, reception 3 miles from the rooms when staying at boat house. This is not clear and the hotel name is different where you check-in, so very confusing and took me 30 mins to get it right. Then 20 minutes to check in. Lots of running around, could be made a lot easier. Room itself is good.

Honestly, this listing is incredibly misleading. There is no spa on site. Listed as an hotel is its own right, I knew check in was elsewhere but it shows pictures of a spa. In reality, the main hotel is a 5 mins drive away. This an annexed building with some rooms. There's no staff, the spa is in the main hotel where recption is. The rooms are tired, walls scuffed, floor creaky. Bed was really comfy and the views were spectacular but not what I'd signed up for. Our shower didn't drain to the point of thinking I was going to flood the rooms below. Not quite the romantic get away I'd planned. Be wary if booking the beach house.

What a gem of a place to stay. Right on the shore of Loch Lomond with stunning views. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in a spacious room. Yes, you can here small amount of noise from above but we would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely fabulous

We loved the Beach house! We were on a road trip out to Skye, but it was a beautiful, serene spot for one night. Very clean room with some snacks and coffee, which was nice after a long day. Beautiful view! I'd mention the the king size bed is not a standard US king size, more like a queen. We were planning on sharing a large bed with our little one, but the bed was not big enough for that - luckily there was 2 twins so in addition, so there was enough room for the 4 of us. Great restaurant over at the Lodge on Loch Lomond. We had a wonderful dinner there.
