Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids under 5yrs. Breakfast was very nice! The location gave us access to a lot of things around Loch Lomond (Faerie Trail was the kids favorite). Parking was convenient and the hotel is close to other restaurants. I would stay here again.

Arrived one and a half hours early and asked a bearded guy if there was any chance of getting in to the room, his response was just no. No checking to see what rooms had been done just no! Not a great welcome. However the lady that did everything at breakfast was fantastic so credit to her!

It was only about a five-minute walk from one of the Loch Lomond cruise tour companies, which made it really quick and easy to get to. The stay itself was comfortable and relaxing too!

The family room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Towel hooks were lacking in the room. Maybe because it looked as though part of a rail was missing above the end of the bath.The carpets heading to the first floor had wrappings lying around and weren't cleaned during our stay. The cooked breakfast was good. We had a good evening meal.
