The staff is great. The only issue I had was that it was hard to reach the front desk when I was trying on on all ton modify my reservation. However, I was given free breakfast when I was unable to check in until later that day which was great from when my flight was delayed.

Because they are upgrading it, the office was still dry walled. I did find a few bugs in my room, but nothing that would alarm me (I live in the country, so a few bugs always find their way in). The breakfast was convenient because we didn't have to leave. I was sad I had to go to different floors to get ice or snacks. The fridge in my room kept all of our beverages cold, and I was glad they had a wheelchair on site for my handicapped parent.

The room was very clean and fresh towels were left daily to our room. We stayed 3 days. Only down fall the hotel is under construction and the front desk people would talk about customers and anyone who would pass by could hear the front desk workers.
