The Bistro manager was great. Had requests that were ignored until we talked with manager. We had 4 people and always received 2 towels. Room we thought we were supposed to have was not avail. 2 queen bed room was tight. No extra room Left disappointed for the price we paid.

Overall great!

Our room was on the first floor and near an exterior door so we could hear people going in and out and talking throughout the night. I would suggest getting an upper level room if you are a light sleeper.

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Alexandria, LA. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and recently updated. We would definitely stay again!

With two small children with us, the room next to us had a dog. The dark barked continuously from 11pm-1:30am. I called the front desk. The dog still barked. It started again at 6am.
