The resort has a lot of great potential. Unfortunately it is poorly maintained. During our stay we were unable to use the beach, the outdoor pool and the hot tub. We did not receive housekeeping service despite multiple calls to the desk. If properly staffed and maintained, this could be a really nice place. The location is wonderful.

So much to do walking by Lake Darling basketball courts , pool table and board games 😁 And great restaurant 👌. Unfortunately the water park was closed for renovations but had the indoor pool which was great for the kids 😁. First time we stayed there and it was great best bang for the buck 👍

Clean and spacious room. We upgraded our room for a lake view is quite nice. Some dirty towels in stairway. Our room patio screen door was duck tap at the bottom; may be it is a temporary fixed. We wish there is a better breakfast menus. The purchased breakfast buffet was below par even for my spouse who is not a picky eater.

Arrowwood is always a clean, comfortable place to stay, and close to a number of things to do. Minor issues were the whirlpool was not working well, and the poolside bar was out of a number of items, as was the chophouse restaurant. Seems someone dropped the ball with supply ordering and maintenance

Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the lake. The hotel is in need of updates and most of the amenities were not available. For example the Waterpark has been closed for renovations for quite awhile without a reopen date. The pool bar was not open nor was the rafters lounge, there was no one at the kayak/boat rental. The pool was closed one night and the hit tub was closed the next night. Like I said, the room was nice. It was clean. Staff were friendly, but for the price more of the amenities should have been open and running.

I stayed at this resort a few years back and thought maybe they would take care of the place better so gave it another try. The only thing that changed was it got worse. The geese problem is still not solved . Watch where you walk cause there’s poop every where, they ruin the nice sandy beech and we’re right by the fire pit . We wanted to have a nice supper but it was the worst food I’ve ever been served . Ordered a 6 ounce filet for 39.00 medium and it was about a 1/2 inch thick cooked well done and you could barely cut it , the vegetables were soggy and the only thing edible was the garlic mashed potatoes.If you stay there don’t eat at the restaurant. The room was clean and had a nice lake view but the sink leaked water and we had to put a garbage can under it so the floor wouldn’t get wet . Needless to say I will never be going back to stay .

I dont normally write reviews but this one i had to. This is a very dated property. The staff is not trained correctly to service the guests, the area where the non-motorized equipment was was completely filled with goose poop. It is an easy fix but it was disgusting. The worker just stepped on it like no big deal. A little raking would go a long way. Food in restaurants was good. Bartenders need to get some training. Had a mojito and it was so limey that we couldn't drink it. You can't make a mojito with Chi Chi's mix. Not good at all. I would recommend this property if they could do some updates and cleaning the common areas. The pool area was a mess the next morning. No one cleaned up the towels and discarded food and wrappers. The beach is a long ways away from the property but was well maintained as far as I could see. If you decide on this property know it is not an up to date property but with a little TLC it could be really good.

Clearly in need of TLC. Staff was friendly but always hesitant. The room was clean but old. Outdoor pool not in working order nor was waterpark. Mini golf course had some haphazard golf clubs laying out, but no golf balls. Kind of tough to play without those… It just feels like they have such a nice opportunity and property and it’s just really not being operated well right now at all. Very sad to see. Also, don’t even bother eating at any of their restaurants. Total waste of time and money.
