“This is a new property, so in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a deluxe room without ocean view and overlooked a car park, which meant we didn’t use the balcony. Note that bathroom is open and won’t suit everyone. Pool is tiny for size of hotel. Nice rooftop bar but allow very drunk people to dominate the night we went there. The overall service experience is mixed from great to dreadful. Staff who are natural at customer service and those who don’t have a clue....

“I really enjoyed my time at the property it was very relaxing and great view from the deck. The property was very clean and staff were lovely to speak with and very accomodating. I loved being able to bring my dog with me! Would stay here again, highly recommend villa 1.”

“Great food, amazing gardens , welcoming staff”

Our unit had what I can only describe as outdoor furniture as their lounge suite. It looked great but was very uncomfortable and not a place to relax in the evening. - A room away from...

“Very clean, excellent breakfast and managers and staff are so friendly. A little road noise on the patio when outside but inside was quiet. Attention to detail was fantastic. Beautiful garden and rainforest.”
