“Staff food and rooms all great thanks”

“The room was originally quite underwhelming. Parts of the hotel are in desperate need of being refurbished. But they moved me to a different room, and I was very happy with it. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was not included, but well worth the cost. There were plenty of warm options, and they were all delicious - a true English breakfast. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the naval museum and Gunnery Quays. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. I would...

“All levels of the hotel team were exceptional! Friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable.
