“This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place.”

“The staff were very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The full English breakfast was delicious with a wide choice. The only area that could be improved on was the dated decor, which was in need of attention with chipped paintwork. However, this did not deter from the cleanliness and comfort. ”
