“Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay! ”

However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. “The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.”

“Excellent Como location! 4 minute walk from the Cadenaba Pier to the short ferries to Bellagio and Varenna (but buy a day pass so you are not stuck in ticket lines on the other side). Also some nice lakeside restaurants nearby. Very clean and open layout with beautiful views of the lake and Bellagio. Clothes Washer machine was very helpful mid-trip. Secure garage parking for a car also a nice add to make this an excellent location for a Como stay.”

“Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. ”
