“Damp smell in room”

“Property was wonderful! Large kitchen /dining area ready family meal. If you want to cook there everything you need is there already to prepare meals. Large comfortable living area. Bed was comfortable and warm. Property right across from the beach and close to center of the town. We had a great visit!!”

“A very relaxing break. Stunning location. Tranquil setting. Staff were very helpful. Amazing breakfast smashed advocado on sourdough with poached eggs. I would highly recommend and woyld return.”

“We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Copper Beech. Our large room was very tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. Sam & Ben were great hosts and the breakfast was delicious, especially Sam's overnight oats which were amazing, a different flavour every morning. A great location for visiting Southwold & Aldeburgh and the beautiful Suffolk area. We would definitely return to this lovely B & B.”

“Clean room, easy access to restaurant, bar and pool. Sauna out of service, steam room good. Pool good size for doing lengths. 20 min walk into town but only a chippy and mini morrisons. Good self-service breakfast. Would stay again”

“Lovely older cottage wirh lots of character. Yes its got uneven floors and there is a steep stair to the upper bedroom but saw this on the pictures and expected that. Really well equipped and parking right outside the door. Lovely village location with good walks nearby”

“Room was lovely & spacious, lots of coffee/tea choices in the room. My favourite was the deep bath tub & actual bath size towels. Food was amazing & everyone else eating said the same. Breakfast was continental served earlier, with a choice of cooked breakfast a bit later. This was a last minute decision to stay overnight in this area on our trip & what a great decision it was.”

“Nice cozy stay, nice and very clean. Would have been a 5 star but was a strong smell of what could have been beeswax or something similar on the old wood.”
