Great place but no room services for towels????? We had to ask the restaurant downstairs to help us get them. The rooms are nice and so are the people too.

The pictures on Hotels.com were exactly what we got. Perfect location and nice size room. Stayed 5 nights with my 3 year old. The waiters from the restaurant could be a bit more service minded when checking in late. Need to ask them twice to assist and no info given about anything. But that’s the only thing to mention.

The Brisa Marina is located in the best tourist area in Alcudia. It is a good mid range small informal hotel with a 5 star location. Located facing the marina and the port. The promenade and square are directly in front of the hotel. The staff are great, special mention to Monica, Martha and Lusse. I recommend this hotel

Excellent location, room seems to look better than on the pictures, few minutes walk to the stunning Alcudia Beach. Would definitely recommend!!!

A good stay overall , however no breakfast available until 10.00 am on a Thursday morning when I was checking out, guests should be informed of these timings when checking in / a note left in the room . Also the room doors need to be upgraded for noise reduction to guests

Great over night before ferry

Fab location overlooking the marine, overnight stay before ferry to France, however noisy at night from music next door bar until we’ll after midnight

HĂŽtel bien situĂ© face au port rue commerçante Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied du ferry. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse .( manque brosse pour les toilettes, sĂšche cheveux, tĂ©lĂ©phone pour ĂȘtre rĂ©veiller) Le seul bĂ©mol pas possible de prendre un cafĂ© avant 8h30 ce qui est trop tard pour les dĂ©parts en ferry ,au moins un distributeur automatique ça serait bien.

Un cauchemar en vacances...

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec vue mer et arrivĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽtel on nous annonce que tout est complet..notre chambre espĂ©rĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©servĂ© au mĂȘme moment et n'ayant plus d'autres disponibilitĂ©s nous recevons une chambre sans vue mer...mais sans vue du tout.... juste un petite terrasse Ă©triquĂ©e et vue sur un mur en plastique...intolĂ©rable. La responsable m'explique et ne propose aucune alternative sinon d aller dans un autre hĂŽtel..alors que la somme a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ© de mon compte...alors je dois retrouver un autre hĂŽtel alors que mon amie a roulĂ©e toute la journĂ©e! A ce moment je ne profite mĂȘme pas de mon sĂ©jour et je suis en train de vous Ă©crire. Elle me dit aussi que aucun remboursement n'est possible...que pour une seule nuit elle perdrai trop d'argent et que la prochaine fois je devrai appeler l'hĂŽtel pour m'assurer de la disponibilĂ© de la chambre...Ă  quoi servent donc les rĂ©servations en ligne? Mon amie et moi sommes vraiment déçues de cette situation...je peux vous montrer des photos et une vidĂ©o de la chambre. Toutefois le rĂ©ceptionniste a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentil et comprĂ©hensible avec nous mais malheureusement cela ne suffit pas Ă  apprĂ©cier nos vacances. Ce n'est pas Ă  nous client de vĂ©rifier les disponibilitĂ©s de l'hĂŽtel ayant reçu un email de confirmation de votre part....la reponsable me fait part Ă©galement que les vues n'ont aucune diffĂ©rence de prix...je suis navrĂ©e mais il y a une diffĂ©rence...de plus nous n'avons vue sur rien...mĂȘme pas un arbre. Inacceptable!

Al vaker hier overnacht. Prima hotel midden op de boulevard. winkels en restaurants ten overvloede, Enige probleem is dat ik er voor werk overnacht, helaas is het ontbijt pas vanaf 08.30.

Direkt am Hafen gelegen, schönes, einfaches Zimmer mit Balkon, nah an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wlan-Empfang war leider zwischendurch sehr schlecht bis gar nicht Vorhaben. Aber ansonsten alles wie beschrieben!
