Comodo, pero sin Wifi

El departamento en si es amplio y cómodo, muchas toallas. No tienen Wi-Fi , no horno, y los utensillos estaban sucios cuando llegamos. Por otro lado, debimos comunicarnos ya que nos fue dificil de ubicar y mismo abrir el dpto ( sistema de entrga de llaves ). El lugar es un poco ruidoso, pero la zona es linda.

basic enough for a place just to use as a base

apartment is very basic , 1 bedroom had 2 single beds in , they were comfortable enough . unfortunetly right under our bedroom window was some sort of car company so we were woke everyday before 6 am by a worker washing and hovering cars , the apartment has basic amenities. a travel kettle , tiny cups I'd advise taking your own.a 2 ring hob which the controls didn't work properly . and not even a toaster . although there was a fridge freezer in the living room , sofa was extremely uncomfortable ,it was clean though

Très bien

Nous avons passé un super séjour, très bel appartement, emplacement idéal, facile pour se garer. Cependant la veille de notre départ coupure d'électricité ce qui a été embêtant de plus qu'on ne nous a jamais répondu afin de venir voir. Autrement très satisfaite ! Nous y retourneront avec grand plaisir !

Det var koldt imens vi var der. Der én varmeblæser til at skaffe varme Der var ikke de møbler vist på billede, flere manglede, måtte bruge altanbordet inde. Sofaen var defekt... siddet i stykker, så man havde ingen steder ud over v bord, at sidde. Jeg ved det er vildt billigt, men derfor behøver det ikke at være uopvarmet og udlejet i februar, og møbler MÅ ikke være defekte. Der var ingen personale til stede. Nøglen lå i boks, ingen rengøring,

Nice and clean

I don't see the big issue everyone has with the place. It was clean and location would be great during summer but coming here in November isn't ideal - it's a ghost town. We had hired a car tho so didn't bother us. There's plenty of places to hire a car on the same road and a Lidl a few minutes away (walking distance). It was a bit chilly but they brought an extra blanket and a heater when we told them. The shower is leaking and they said they'd send someone but unfortunately no one came during our stay.

Nos alquilaron para 3 personas y no tenia utensillos para todos. Ni un repasador e. La cocina, al llegar no teniamos toallas .la unica mesa es la del patio exterior y esta rota.. Todos los dias a las 6 45 hs comienzan a lavar coches y ya no se puede dormir.ubicacion muy buena

Cold, dark, damp cave

This flat may be fine for the height of summer but must be avoided in winter. When we arrived it was literally colder inside the flat than outdoors. We contacted the manager who said "We don't normally provide heating". After some shouting she agreed to provide a heater. A tiny fan heater worked heroically to try and heat the flat but it struggled. The kitchen is very badly equipped. A Kettle arrived after a complaint.. The furniture is cheap, uncomfortable and broken. The worst thing is that our clothes started to smell of damp after a few days in the cupboards. Oh, and the toilet had a slow leak, we reported it but nothing happened. Yes it was cheap, however if I had known how bad it was I would have paid the extra and gone somewhere else. In the summer its probably a reasonable cheap flop house for a group of teenagers but in the winder everything around it was shut and it felt like it was in Zombie Town

Lautes Apartament im Herzen des Tourismustrubels.

Das Apartament war dem billigen Preis offenbar angemessen. Das Badezimmer roch aufgrund eines technischen Mangels stark. Die Betten waren ok. Die Ausstattung war mager bis nicht vorhanden. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Nur eine Mikrowelle. Die Bedienung des Herdes stellte anfangs ein Rätsel dar, try and error. Das Haus und somit die Zimmer sind sehr laut. Immer und überall. Der Straßenlärm ist sehr hoch. Dazu kommen Reinigungsgeräusche zu früher Stunde und der Lärm von Laubbläsern, Geschäften und in der Nebensaison Baumaschinen. Man ist schnell am Strand oder im Herzen der Tourismusindustrie. Der Fernsehr hat nur spanische oder katalanische Programme.

Appartamento nella via principale

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questo appartamento per 5 persone (eravamo in 4). I letti non sono molto comodi ma comunque nulla di eccessivamente negativo. La pulizia scarseggia in alcuni particolari (come i ventilatori/ porta asciugamanti del bagno ecc ecc) ma nel complesso non è malaccio. Il divano letto è abbastanza scomodo ed aveva un pezzo rotto. Le prese della corrente scarseggiano e il fornello è piccolo, due piastre troppo ravvicinate, ma comunque sufficiente per fare una pasta. Ci sono piatti e bicchieri anche se si limitano al minimo indispensabile. Il balcone è piccolo ma se alloggerete qui non passerete molto tempo in appartamento quindi non preoccupatevi. Il wifi è ok anche se in alcune stanze e in alcuni momenti è lento ma questo è dovuto più alle connessioni dell'isola e non dell'appartamento. Noi abbiamo alloggiato a inizio settembre e la temperatura era sopportabile mentre credo che nell'altro periodo dell'anno come agosto ci sia qualche problema di vivibilità soprattutto di notte per via del calore. Per il resto è andato tutto bene. Unica nota molto negativa è il mancato cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani (li abbiamo lavati noi con la lavatrice).

Apartamento para dos

He ido con mi pareja, y el apartamento para dos personas esta bien. Para más personas es impensable. Quitando que el sofá estaba roto y que los colchones eran super delgados, la limpieza y el estado general del apartamento estaba bien. Para los calurosos no lo recomiendo porque no dispone de A/C sino que tiene un ventilador de toda la vida. Por la zona es zona 100% pensada para el turismo y si o si se necesita coche. La estancia fue agradable. No hay personal alguno, te facilitan un numero de teléfono por si tienes algún problema, pero no hay nadie que te de o recoja las llaves, han habilitado un sistema de cajas con numeración que te la llave.

sentralt og stille på "vårt" rom.

Noen mangler, ødelagte møbler, vannkoker, sovesofa, men det meste ble ordnet i løpet av et par dager. Praktisk med vaskemaskin. Litt vateret uten aircondisjon men vifte på begge rom( vi var 3) gjorde susen. Håpløst soverom med lufting ut til korridor og dør som ikke kunne lukkes når sengene stod fra hverandre. Men vi vente oss til det. Ingen sol inn, passet ypperlig midt på sommeren!

Apartemento en Alcúdia para pasar unas vacaciones

Es un apartamento en Alcúdia a unos 10' de la playa. Esta playa es bastante concurrida por lo que decidimos ir a playas menos abarrotadas como la playa San Joan. El apartamento se ecuentra reformado y dotado de todos los utensilios y muebles necesarios para hacer una estancia más cómoda durante tus vacaciones. El único inconveniente y el más importante fue la limpieza mediocre de todo en general. Empezando por las ventanas y cristales, utensilios, el sofá, las sábanas y lo peor de todo las toallas, ya que no pudimos utilizarlas debido al aspecto antihigiénico de éstas ( recodos amarillos y rojos). Añadir también el ruido en el portal de los demás inquilinos, pues algunos llegaban sobre las 2 o 3 de la mañana dando golpes y haciendo bastante ruido. Volvería a ir a Mallorca, por supuesto pero no a este apartamento.
