The room had some stains on the counter and we were surprised to find two single beds rather than a double bed. The check-in process was very confusing, further complicated by a language barrier. The building was on the very far side of town and you can stay in the city center for a similar price. I inquired about parking before our stay, but realized upon check-in that parking is not provided by the property and was forced to find street parking nearby. Will not stay again.

Bueno la chica encargada se le llamaba y cada vez estaba dormida y me cobró el parking día y en la aplicación está a no explicó que el parking es complicado de entrar y salir dañe mi coche y me dijo que varios clientes le pasa lo mismo . Creo que debería advertir a cada cliente de esto ya que después de dañar el coche nadie te va a responder por lo complicado del parking y me llama a decirme que dónde le deje el dinero y quedamos en que no iba a utilizarlo

Muy bien. El apartamento es pequeñito pero tiene de todo. De hecho pensaba q horno no tenía ya q no lo vi en las fotos y me llevé una sorpresa al ver q si había. Estaba todo limpio y recogido. Lo unico malo es q en la habitación no había tele solo en el comedor y puesto q hay una pared q separa yo haría una ventana para poder ver la tele desde la habitación o poner una pequeñita en el cuarto. Por lo del todo muy bien

Te piden que bajes tu bolsa de basura a los contenedores de reciclaje al lado del edificio pero no facilitan el reciclaje en la propia estancia. Deberían equipar cada habitación con tres cubos de basura (orgánica, de plástico y de papel). Tan fácil como eso.

Siendo un cliente habitual, volví a reservar por la app, reservé un día y al día siguiente reservé de nuevo, por un problema familiar tuve que cancelar el segundo día, por unas horas que me demoré en la cancelación me cobraron el día completo sin haberlo disfrutado, la próxima vez buscaré otras opciones en Alcoy

Este establecimiento no cumple las normas de la página. La página da la opción pago en el alojamiento y ellos te obligan hacer una transferencia antes de llegar. En ce qui concerne le logement c'est très bien juste pour payer sur place c'était un peu plus compliqué,pour garer votre voiture gratuitement aussi mais avec un peu de chance vous pourrez trouver une place,mis à part ça tout c'est très bien passé
