The intercom to the parking and one of the two lifts were not working. We were allocated a disabled room that was not requested. The shower was terrible as was the breakfast. At 7am the next morning the fire alarm went off and all hotel guests had to evacuate. After the fire brigade turned the alarm off, all guests had to queue for one slow lift to get back to their rooms

Lovely view from our room. But otherwise room was fairly basic. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, and shower head height was too tight to adjust, or to be reached by many women. We appreciated the availability of EV charging in the carpark. But we were surprised to learn on arrival that secure onsite parking might not necessarily be available, despite having been previously assured of this when we rang the hotel to enquire about this immediately after booking with Expedia.

executive room has great view of the hilly side of Albury. room was relatively small with fewer kitchen utensils and have to ask for dinner plates. Room is not self-contained with dinner plates.

Great Location.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable which made getting a good nights sleep easy. The location was great within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. A very secure car park as well. The only downer was that hot breakfast items were not hot but lukewarm at best.
