The front desk staff was the rudest person ever. I came in at 4:30 with a reservation and she told me I had to wait so she could check if there was a clean room available. She told me that everyone has to be in by 10 pm as it was their policy. And if I wasn't out of the room by 11 am then staff would knock on my door to have me leave. Alo, why does it take my deposit immediately but she informed me it will take 7-10 business days to refund. I've never heard of that. I had just traveled 11 hours so I really didn't want to search for something else so we stayed. The room was decent, area was quiet

It was just what we needed. They had good security for trucks and what not. The room had a clean and functional kitchenette.

Find a better option

Pictures are great, in person, not so much. A lot of people hanging out in parking lot, homeless people camped out next door, feels more like a half way house than a hotel. Hallways smelled like weed being smoked. While room was clean, it was somewhat beat up and it was a bit noisy due to location, I would not stay here again, definitely not with a family. Seems like type of hotel where people live at. I could have stayed at a Ramada with a pool for just a few more dollars.

Had a service dog with me and their hotel stated no fee’s for, however I was charged $50.00 Have never been asked for id for all adults in a room or had to sign a paper saying I would not stay for more than 30 days… weird getto hotel

Dirty room, restroom door ripped from hinges, toilet and toilet seat did not match, shower head loose in wall, room smelled of smoke and I told front desk all of this with very little care on their part. I have pictures and happy to share them, I actually would like a full refund. Room 402.

This was the craziest experience I have ever had . The photos on Expedia are not what the hotel looks like at all. There are so many homeless around the area and people seem to be living there long term . I felt so unsafe. I stayed one night just to get some rest from a long roadtrip but it was difficult to sleep because I was so worried our car would be robbed .

The office desk was very sweet, but the room had no good chair to sit on, not good for a sore back.....and no coffee pot or shampoo and light from parking lot was too bright, so I rarely had a chance to sleep

Not bad for the price but they do have German roaches luckily only noticed when I was leaving but if they’re able to get rid of those roaches would stay again

Never stay here.

The area was overwhelmed by homeless people. The hotel is old and just short of needing bars on the windows. Very creepy. If i hadn't arrived so late, i would have gon to another place.
