This hotel has been closed for at least 6 months! We showed up at 11 pm after driving all day only to find a dark building. The restaurant next door told us the place is no longer is service.
On Jan 11, 2021 I booked this property for Jan 12-14. Arrived at the Inn at Paradise at 6pm Jan 12 but the entire building was closed, completely dark. Rang the bell, knocked on the door, called the number provided but was unable to speak to anyone. We sat outside the property for over an hour while we were online chatting with Melody/Expedia who was very helpful but encountered the same problem trying to contact the property. We had to find other accommodations. Melody opened a dispute for us but 3 days later we were told the property would not refund our money. Called Expedia again on Jan 15 and spoke with Vishakha who was also very helpful and reopened the dispute. As of today Jan 19, no word from Expedia re: dispute.
We arrived to check in at 5:30 and there was a note on the counter saying the had to step out and would be back at 7. I left a note asking for them to call when they got back so we could check in. We canceled our dinner reservations and went to the bar and grill next to the property.
After not hearing anything and it being close to 8, I went back to find another note with just a number to call for emergencies and my note was gone. I called the number to find out why I never received a call. The person then asked what I wanted to do. No explanation or “sorry about that”. Just asked what I wanted to do. Will not be staying there again
Great location, super quiet! Restful and peaceful, but still close to the goings on of the city

Golf course motel ...not an inn
This hotel is overpriced and Was misrepresented through the pictures and description on the website. The front desk was not easily accessible and we had a TV that did not work. The restaurant in the clubhouse was mediocre at best and the continental breakfast was nowhere to be found when we Left around 6 AM to get an early start.
It truly felt like a home away from home. Homemade breakfast served in a Beautiful sunroom overlooking golf course. Lovely holiday decorations and wood burning fireplace was so heartwarming. Highly recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness
Quiet and immaculately clean. Safe, quiet location. Wonderful towels and linens. Breakfast was not bed and breakfast type. Garden area run down, needs upkeep, paint and repair decks.
Great little out of the way inn. Superb garden/sitting area. Felt completely safe. Owner/operator had breakfast with us and enjoyed the conversation. I would highly recommend this inn to friends and family.

Our room was cancelled by the Inn at the last minute. At first, their reason was double booking / communication error but after speaking to them in person, their reason was due to plumbing problems.... hmmmmm?
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. It feels like a desert oasis, and the hosts are welcoming and friendly. Our small dogs were welcomed, and they greatly enjoyed not having to stay in the concrete jungle offered by other big chain hotels! We'll be back!
The property was wonderful! Quiet with a beautiful garden. The service was outstanding and they made us feel like family. I will recommend this hotel to anyone aski mng about a place to stay in the Albuquerque area. If you're looking for something super modern, it's not the place for you. But if you want clean, comfortable, and friendly, this is perfect!
The owners were very helpful and friendly! Every morning they would check to see if you needed any towels or other essentials. The scenery is beautiful! A gorgeous pond with live goldfish and a turtle. There were even rabbits seen in the grass. This is on the same lot as the golf course. Most people would be nervous about a ball hitting them or their car. This didn’t even come close to happening as there is a wall blocking the course from the Gazebo/lawn! This is a perfect Venue for a wedding party (roughly 75). Not for large weddings unless the golf course can be rented? The rooms are simple but definitely give off an authentic New Mexican vibe and the beds were comfortable. The location is roughly 15 minutes from town, however being up on the hill gives the perfect view. The price can’t be bet either!! We will stay here again!!!
