Overall stay was ok. Breakfast was more like snack bar no hot foods. Fire alarm went off twice during our two night stay. First one was at 3:50am and the second was during the day around 4:30pm. Stayed on ground level so noise wasn’t terrible either.

The small living room, refrigerator, coffee maker and included breakfast I enjoyed, very much. Things I did not enjoy... Our room had a windo in the living area, that looked out into the hallway (indoor). A little odd, in my opinion. That and a large gap between the floor and the bottom of the door made noises from the main hallway loud in our room. Not necessarily the fault of the property, but there were an awful lot of unattended kids that were allowed to run up and down the hallway during our stay.

This was a budget hotel with poor management. Arrived to homeless outside the door. The room was not clean-sticky bathroom floor, no hand soap, and dirty comforter. We had to use the sleeper sofa but no bedding. When we asked the desk for bedding, they gave us one pillow, a top sheet and comforter. They said they ran out of pillows. The tv in the room did not work and the faucet leaked.

Hotel is clean and good location, room was big and clean, for $150 a night should have good breakfast not only milk juice and muffins they don’t specify anywhere its only half continental breakfast. I could easily stay a different Hotel with real breakfast included

Front desk staff was great! I was pretty tired from working and driving all day. The clerk Got me checked in quickly and gave clear details. Great service! The parking lot has very small spaces. Likely to squeeze as many cars in as possible for the relatively high capacity.

Great place for the price! Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were amazing! Manager Manuel was so freindly, helpful and amazing. Only cons were tvs didnt work but we didnt make a big deal about it, our choice. Hotel offered to fix the issue but we didnt bother. 5 stars!

Unique and clean, lots of growing pains though. No phone in room, no ice bucket, was looking forward to the "free breakfast" as the web site said. Turned out to be just juice, coffee, no regular cream for coffee, night desk clerk had some of her own and let me use it as I'm diabetic no sugar. Also only bagels, and pastries.

I honestly didnt like my stay there with my family. We showed up to check in. I just had surgery on my ahoulder and i was asking if i could check in early around 12 pm. The lady said there wasnt a room ready for early check in and to call back like around 1 or 2. So i called back at 2 then she said there was no rooms available. So we showed up at like 2:30 pm. The lady told me there was no rooms. So we waited again like 15 minutes till ahe was still saying they werent available. The lady that was working was rude to me. When i finally got the room she didnt explain how to get to my room, where the elevators were. I was in soooooo much pain i wanted to get into my room. When we got into the room the floor wasnt swept, there was no kleenex, the main door to our room wouldnt lock right. You had to shut it hard for it to lock. I was expecting alittle better service from this place because of it being a hilton.

My family of four enjoyed the separate bedroom and "living space." Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Area felt safe. Continental breakfast (not hot) was basically a bagel bar and cereal, but was adequate. Note: (1) in our room the hot and cold water in the shower were switched. My wife and daughter figured it out, but I left it on hot "just giving it time..." and wound up taking a cold shower. (2) Access to the location is difficult and confusing. The road to the hotel is called "Pan American Fwy NE" and so is the access road to the freeway, but they are not the same road. You have to turn at the gas station. Traffic on Montgomery Blvd is very heavy, so making a left turn from Montgomery onto the road to the hotel, or from the hotel making a left onto Montgomery was very difficult. Traffic would often block the intersection, so you just have to be patient and hope for considerate drivers to let you through.
