Staff was especially kind. Made sure to give us a room as close as possible with no stairs for my friend who is disabled with oxygen. We were told it would be open "on Friday" but weren't told which Friday (implied it would be the day after arrival). Room was ok. Walls weren't clean and walls on both sides of bed had holes in plaster. Bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains were good.
