Area around motel was quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk to several restaurants. Easy access to bus heading towards airport or UNM.

The bathroom floor was gross. It didn’t look like it had been mopped. There was hair on it when we got there. The air conditioner unit was so noisy, made it hard to sleep. The staff at the front desk was so nice, and the parking/area was really convenient.

Parking area was safe, staff was great, especially the people working the breakfast area. Condition of the hotel was overall poor. I imagine at one time it was great, but it looks like needed repairs and updates were never done. Plug for the tub was laying in the tub, drain for the tub had visible hair clogging, small sofa in the room was dirty, like some liquid had been spilled on it and never cleaned. Desk chair was not stable, like it wanted to tip over if you leaned back in it. Decent location.

In this electronic age there are no built in chargers in any of the lamps or on the desk area. We did have a room with a walk in shower for a person with disabilities. The room did have floor damage in the bedroom area, from what appeared to be water damage. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
