I booked this hotel because it was the closest to Balloon Fiesta Park. Parking is easy, drive to the park is around 8mins, they also offer free shuttle to the park both in the morning and evening sessions.

AC unit was very noisy…reported it to the front desk and I assume a repair was attempted but it was still noisy. Shower had awesome hot water. Breakfast was not so great. Location for balloon festival was excellent. Shuttle for balloon festival was a nice surprise.

Under renovation at the moment, quiet in the afternoon, slept great. Stay here often due to great price and great staff. Once mattress are updated everything will be much better.

The condition of the property is really not good. When showering the tub does not drain very well, the overall condition is not good, and outlet cover missing in hallway. the breakfast is not good.
