Staff was very nice. However, the hotel was run down, old, not very clean. I didn't feel safe staying there or eating the free breakfast they offered. They had good reviews so I don't know where they came from. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom room sink had difficulty draining, the bath tub was clean, but it felt like it was not level fortunately it was designed for people with disabilities and had hand bars to hold on to. The room was a nonsmoking room with no fire alarm system installed.

The room was clean, apart from some soup scum being left in the bathtub. Outside the stairs were falling apart and very scary to walk on. The parking lot was not picked up and trash bins were not well looked after. However the staff was pleasant the parking was well lit and spacious. The air conditioning worked, the fridge was nice but our TV did not work, nor was everything plugged in and ready to go when we entered the room.

We chose this place because we travel with a small dog. Upon checking in, the room was in terrible shape. The bed looked clean, but handles were hanging on the dresser by one side. Still, it was late and I had a migraine, so we stayed. Later in the night we found that the toilet didn’t flush well. The dog found a used condom that I had to extract from his mouth. My husband went to the front desk to find out that the toilet in the lobby was not working, either. So, we packed up and left early this morning.

The back area where my room was located was secure and the parking is manageable. The room was very clean and up to date. The only drawback was the restroom, the toilet is right next to the shower. They are literally side by side. Not ideal.

The beds were comfortable. Other than that one positive aspect the property was dilapidated overall. The bathroom had mold in tub/shower area. The popcorn ceiling above one bed was peeling off (we’re hoping no asbestos was exposed). The AC unit was incredibly noisy. We were only provided one washcloth and enough shampoo for one showering. When I asked, the front desk provided shampoo and conditioner but no lotion. Unfortunately this hotel DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET IN THE ROOMS. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they just shrugged and said they thought we had internet. There were two other rooms rented by our family group and they also did not have internet connection. And lastly, it was 100 degrees when we were there and the pool was closed.

Smoking neighbor sitting outside his room talking on the phone after midnight. The bed creaked even when you rolled over! The chair a the desk kept sinking. We have stayed here many times in the past and this was probably our worst stay ever. We appreciated the breakfast and we always like going to the Cracker Barrel across the street for dinner.

I have to say the staff was fine. I do appreciate they let me check in later just about 2 min after midnight. However, the room and the property are horrendous. The room smelled awful like cigarettes, it was so dirty. The bathroom had splatters of who knows what on the wall behind the door. Grime just everywhere. The outside property was so bad. The trash cans were all over flowing, it was creepy, dirty. The pool was not open it was green. Breakfast is far from breakfast. It was a donut and a waffle. Nothing else. It if weren’t late, I would have went somewhere else. However, I closed by eyes sprayed my room heavily with sanitizer and slept bc that’s all I needed was a few hours sleep. Got up and got the heck out of that place. Oh and the AC was so dirty, I probably was inhaling mold for those few hours.

Hotel employees were nice & helpful. The breakfast was good- Those were the only positives. The room had spots on the walls, stains on pillow cases, and roaches. The refrigerator in the room did not work. There were no buckets for the ice machine. Drug addicts and prostitutes live in some of the rooms. The pool was drained with trash all over. The price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.
