The family that stays and runs this place is amazing! Idk if they own it but if they don't the owner should really be grateful to have such great staff! Bed was great I am very particular about cleanliness and it was very clean no bugs. Staff was very helpful and kind, would definitely stay again if I'm passing through

My room was both clean and comfortable. A nice sized fridge/freezer, big TV. The staff was always helpful, plenty of parking near my room and a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains to the east. The parking lot is completely fenced-in with electric gates for entry/exit and there is a security officer parked in the lot at night. Great location on the east side of town with a McDonalds next door. Nothing beats a cup of McDonalds coffee in the morning! This was my second stay here within the past two years.

Hotels.com has the property rated at 7.2. Seriously??? This hotel was a far cry from a good hotel. In fairness, the mattress was fantastic, but after that, there's really nothing that was even adequate. Oh, there was man who checked me out and he was very nice. But I'm really struggling to find anything positive to say about this place. A 7.2 hotel rating is not even close.

The onsite armed and knowledgeable security officer was a sure comfort along with the gated parking and noticeable cameras were a well enjoyed safety feature. It was a more comfortable area than any place I’ve stayed before

I would never stay here again. This pictures or the reviews are not a true representation of the place. The uber driver told use we were in a rough area and about a mile down the road was called the war zone. We were traveling with another couple who had another room of their own. They saw people doing drugs outside their room. Our room however had just gotten painted and it’s smelt horrible. It wasn’t just paint it was smelling of perfume and a gaseous smell. I don’t know what it was but it was super super bad. The paint job looked like a 3rd grader painted the room actually maybe a kindergartener. The blinds would not close so we called for help and and the front desk guy came immediately and helped us get them shut. I think they got painted open. We paid a pretty hefty price because it was balloon festival and we only needed one night, thank god we had other arrangements for our future nights. I usually try to say something positive in a review but there is nothing nice to say about this place. Do not stay here. PERIOD!! Really bad.

The neighborhood that it is in is kind of sketchy. But the staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, and it felt secure due to the fencing around it. The price is amazing. I would definitely stay again.
