The room was clean, but the bathroom looked very "dingy" as the walls were painted, but the finish was "thin" and you could see the drywall. The TV didn't work...it's a smart tv but wouldn't connect to the hotels wifi (1-2 bars). I liked that there was security in the parking lot overnight to watch vehicles. They were friendly and courteous. My bed was clean and the hot water was good. Nothing bad here, nothing great here. Not sure if I'd stay again though.

The staff was doing the best they can. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was in poor condition and not well maintained. Walk ways were dirty. Handrails to the stairs were filthy and not suitable to hold on to when ascending and descending. The rooms were a good size but the floors were swept just clearly not mopped or cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, dirt in the corners which tells me the sweep/stiffer but do t actually clean/mop. Bathtub/shower was stained and needs to be replaced. The grout needs to be replaced to remove the mold. The bathroom only had a bar of soap and shampoo which are necessities not amenities. Desk chair was stained with dirt. Breakfast area was ok but had a scent that did not promote a sense that the food would be appetizing.

This hotel is Mr. Basic. OK for the price. Expect bare minimum for breakfast to be able to call it a breakfast. Hotel is in need of renovation and maintenance. My sink was clogged. It was sufficient and helped me feel safe at night. Nothing more.

Convenient location plus free breakfast

Very convenient location, right off I-25. It was only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is pretty close to the old town area also. Free breakfast is a huge plus for me, as it saves me from having to figure out what I'll be eating for breakfast each morning. I gave it 3 starts because the room was a little bit weathered, but clean.
