Our room was very nice and clean, however hallway and elevator needed cleaning. They kept running out of food and didn’t replenish even though we came down early enough to eat and we were there there 3 days at the breakfast buffet.

Staff didn’t acknowledge us when we came in each day. We asked questions about transportation to Ballon Fiesta and desk personnel said “I don’t know”. Never offered to check or ask anyone else. The rooms weren’t serviced, which would have been fine if we’d been given a heads up! Location was very convenient and the breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Disliked: Amenities
This is an older property that appears to be in the process of being updated. It was fine for a place to sleep with some confusing light controls and alarm clock. Acceptable breakfast is included. The accessible room had a strange room configuration with the sink outside the bathroom, presumably to allow a wheelchair to fit into the toilet/shower area. The shower, however, is not a roll-in and requires stepping over the bathtub. Location is convenient to freeway and a couple of eating places within a short walk.
