Despite the noise outside of Days Inn, we felt safe once we were inside. It was calm in our room and we felt safe. The shower was a problem. The shower head was opposite to the shower door and water would splash onto the floor even with the door closed. Otherwise i am suprised at how well they renovated this place and would stay again.

The experiencie was awful. The asistant of counter can’t did the devolution of my deposit. The “breakfast” only have cereal and coffee within sugar. It’s too bad!

Beware that you must pay a deposit that they are not outright & upfront with you about. They steal your money & then let you know about the deposit. It’s in TINY wording in the fine print that no one reads Ever. It should outright let you know this as some people are on a fixed budget & have no wiggle room. I’ve stayed in resorts in Hawaii & Mexico, never have I ever paid a deposit there, just paid in full & called it a day. Make it make sense that a ghetto hotel in Albuquerque requires a deposit but big time resorts don’t?? Greed.

In real life this hotel is simply frightening. The most dismal horror movie appearance with sketchy activity in the parking lot. Can’t comment on the room because after seeing the parking lot and entrance, left to find a safer hotel

No longer in service

We arrived at the building that was marked days inn and very clearly lit. The parking lot was empty and the building smelled of illicit substances. There were no employees to be found but someone inside the building told us it was no longer in operation.

Very disappointing.

For the price it was not very good deal no ice Machines there were no phones The latch on the door was broken... The free breakfast was Cereal and a gallon of milk.It was very disappointing. I will definitely not stay at this location ever again..

There were random people who came into the room while my employee was in his room. That is not safe and why would that even happen. They used a key card and just walked right in. The area around the property was not safe and I ended up having the employee check out earlier than needed due to unsafe conditions. I will never book a room at this facility again. Unsafe and not the best at cleanliness.

The room was okay, but check in took awhile because no one was at the desk. The microwave wasn’t working and when I went to talk to someone to see if I could warm up my food somewhere else, again, no one was at the desk. Even calling the number suggested, no one answered so I had to eat my food cold. The next morning after I got a little breakfast, my key card didn’t work to get me back into my room. And again no one was at the desk, so I had to wait awhile.

Staff was terrible- I had to ask for my credit card then she asked my husband to fill out the form regarding our car as he had a load of luggage in his hands. I don’t appreciate our room number being called out with other people in lobby. My husband had to ask to for the door to be unlocked in the morning to pack our car. She said she was in the bathroom. When I came downstairs, she was outside vaping. When I went to check out - she was on her cell phone. The exit of the hotel is uneven and we scraped our car leaving.

There was none of the basic essential in the room. I bucket and mini coffee maker had tape on it. No cups, and there was one pocket of decaf coffee mix. One towel for showers, but no hand towels or hand soap. Had to use the provided wall-mounted body wash from the shower to wash my hands. One side table had no lightbulb. One trashcan that was by the door not even in the bathroom. Also had to hold the remote above my head and off to the side just to change the channel on the TV.
