We had a fantastic stay here in this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, without exception, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfasts were delicious with many pastries, fruits, eggs etc (although perhaps some vegetarian meats would be a nice addition). We also both had amazing massages at the spa. The area is nice with a lovely beach in walking distance and some nice restaurants and bars. It is only around a 10 minute taxi journey from Albufeira old town and there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We are English speaking and there was no language barrier. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner's at a lovely off-site place on the beach with views of the ocean.

The Staff were helpful in resolving a request for a room change due to a sewer smell. The breakfast had an excellent variety. Close to the beach and board walk. Gym equipment is poor quality. The staff and proximity to the beach makes the stay worthwhile.

First experience at the hotel and it did not disappoint even though we had an emergency during our stay which was no fault of the hotel, they went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of our stay! The food truck and internal restaurant was great alongside the high quality service for all staff members made the stay enjoyable. Poolside was nice touch to the hotel alongside spa and gym of high standards! Will be staying in the future for sure!
