Third family holiday to the Jupiter, lots of reasons for us to keep returning. We had another amazing stay. Very clean. Great variety of food for all meals in all inclusive. The kids entertainment team are incredible although could probably do a great deal more with a bit more budget. My little one loved it again(4 years old). The pool is a little cold but it was 30C everyday so no big deal. It's a place to feel comfortable with young children and their needs (noise/mess/understanding) one of the main reasons we come back repeatedly. The bar teams are super friendly and helpful and all the staff in all areas go above and beyond if you ask for anything. Really nice atmosphere throughout the resort and by the pools. There is a 'noisy/party' pool with games and entertainment and a quiet pool on the other side of the resort. The spa offers very good and reasonably priced treatments (had a hot stone massage and was great). It's not for people without kids looking for a quiet/relaxing holiday (heard people complaining about this which blows my mind when they make it very clear it's a family resort). Fun mini waterpark. There is a beach about 15 minutes walk away and a variety of good restaurants nearby. Many beaches slightly further including Falesia and a free shuttle to the old town which is lovely but crazy come the evening and best avoided with young children come Friday/saturday. Just working out when to book our next trip at the airport flying home. Thanks Jupiter!

Really good facilities for kids, the variety of pools with splash zone, kids pools, and slides were great. Comfortable rooms that are very spacious. This hotel gives cruise ship vibes, so if you don’t mind/like cruises, then this is for you! Great for kids - very good pools and facilities! Our room was massive and very comfortable, could do with a little maintenance (ie scratched doors and paint). The food was like a cruise ship too - buffet, not the best quality, but would stumble upon something delicious. Great location! There’s a vibrant strip heading down to a beach. You are about a 5-8 minute drive to old town which is incredible. Overall, I would stay here again. My 2 year old son loved it 😊

Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed. It was a great place to take a young child before moving on to an apartment. We both had excellent massages and used the spa area which was decent. Had a really memorable stay, our 2year old loved it and we have booked to go back in September this year
