We are truly thankful to Mafalda who made us feel welcomed and gave us great suggestions about going around Albufeira and where do find the best in town. She also brought some traditional Easter sweets for Easter Sunday and made it feel like our home! The hotel was beautiful, had an amazing view as well. There was some party noise from clubs but we still managed to sleep well! It is the party city after all! Definitely recommend this stay.

Pleasant rustic property in Old Town. The listing is misleading however as the “balcony” rooms actually lead out onto a public terrace and pool for the ground floor and a public patio for the first floor. Neither of these are a balcony. If you want to sleep here then book the non-“balcony” room, it is possible to sleep here as the balcony rooms are 50m from the very loud bars (until 0330) of the Old Town - and the room is much nicer. The host offered us to move us to a cheaper room after the first night without any possibility of refund, claiming the terrace/patio was a balcony and the extreme late night noise is mentioned in the listing (it is not!) The host was then very short with us for the rest of the stay and made us feel very unwelcome and was quite rude. All in all, a nice enough place to stay, pool area is very nice and the rooms are clean, just a shame about the downsides.

Enkelt, men bra hotell 😃

Veldig sentralt, kort veg å gå til det meste. God service, sjølv ved innsjekk midt på natta. Hotellet bar preg av å vere slitt, men fint likevel, spesielt bassengområdet. Var også reint der, nye handdukar kvar dag.

Excellent

A well positioned property that kindly allowed an early check in as well. Well positioned in the centre of old town with a lovely terrace and pool area. Rooms were comfortable and the accommodation very clean.

Not good

It was not good. Main point noisy above immagination. Room not cleaned several times. Wifi so poor i had to use my own. No management on site. Only good thing location, however several other hotel or guest house to choose from.

I arrived at 8 PM and because there is no reception or person on staff I had to call a number and communicate in broken English to try and get into the door to get my room. My keys were just in the door so anyone could have been in my room as it was unlocked. I found the property very loud even during the day with like four different bands playing at one time so it was hard to read a book or enjoy by the pool. I couldn’t have any advice on things around or ask any questions about my room to anyone as there was never any staff around other than the person doing the breakfast . The property is very historic with old wooden floors and poor condition, but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very outdated, but it had a certain charm to it.

Really nice apartment with terrace

We lived in a newly refurbished apartment with 6 beds and 3 bathrooms. Modern style, good beds, good kitchen, washing machine and terrace. Close to the beach and the restaurants. Only bad thing is that there is no parking close. Seaview is not available.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, the staff was excellent, everything was very clean and pretty, and our entire trip was very smooth! Just a heads up if noise is a problem for you to fall asleep, this place is located close to Albufeira’s main square and it’s pretty bumping at night.

Läget var precis ovanför hela ”bargatan” som spelade från lunch till kl 04 varje dag! Under all kritik att det inte nämns i hotellbeskrivningen. Såpass att hotellet lagt öronproppar vid sängen, men hjälpte föga. Även service och frukost under all kritik. Lampan trasig i poolen, där även måsarna badade. En gång blev vi även utelåsta då portkoden slutade fungera. Hotellansvarig hade fullt upp med att be om ursäkt för saker och ting hela tiden.

Super Zentrale Unterkunft mit coolem Poolbereich zum relaxen, an dem nicht den ganzen Tag dönende Musik läuft. In der Nacht ist es in den vorderen Zimmer, in dem wir waren laut, aber mit den Ohrstöpsel hatten wir die 2 Nächte keine Probleme mit dem Schlaf obwohl wir nüchtern waren, eine ganze Woche wäre mir aber dann wohl zu viel. Bett war super bequem. Parkieren kann man kostenlos 8 Gehminten von der Unterkunft oben auf dem Hügel, bei einem grossen Free public parking. zum Koffer ein-/ausladen kann man direkt vor dem Hotel kurz anhalten.

Great property with a beautiful pool. Very loud near old town and hard to get sleep as music goes until 4 am. They did provide ear plugs which was a nice touch! I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked decent. The lady who runs it was super nice but daily nosey and asking knocking on our door to find out what we are doing al the time or why I’m leaving in and out of my room. Other than that the location is great and the pool did it for me.
