It's a great place to stay, clean,friendly staff, and location (close to town, restaurants,bars and beach) . Hotel facilities are great :indoor ,outdoor pool,Jacuzzi,tennis court . Restaurant with live entertainment and bar onsite with reasonable price .

Great place to relax ,nice pool ,friendly staff ,we had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen which was great .There is a set of steps down the hill from outside main lobby probably 300 feet that lead to a big square with tons of shops ,bars ,restaurants , and the tunnel to the beach .The steps aren't bad going down but if your not in fair shape getting back up them might be hard as it's probably 500 feet or more from the bottom to the top .They also do a Portuguese buffet on Monday night in the hotel restaurant and it's delicious and a rooftop BBQ on Wednesday at the building right across from hotel lobby and that includes wine and that's great as well .They do other theme nights in the hotel Restuatrant on the other nights of the week . Overall it has the feel of a resort and there's a bar at the pool and a snack menu until 6 pm

The same aff were very friendly. Checked in without fuss and room ready when we arrived. Very clean and spacious room - some furniture a little dated but perfect for our stay. Pool areas gorgeous. Breakfast and dinner really well stocked, very fresh, lots of variety and wonderful views.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for a few days break. Close enough to the Old town but far away enough not to hear any noise during late nights. We hired a car and there was free parking all around the hotel. It was my birthday whilst we were there and the hotel left a bottle of prosecco and a card in the room although we didn’t tell them.

There are two properties: one has all the amenities and is beautiful; the other is ok. BUT big spaces, with a kitchen, extra spaces, and a balcony. The restaurant is very beautiful, the buffet is delicious, and the atmosphere is very nice. It is relaxing, I will say, for adults.

The outdoor pool area was nice and the location was good. The housekeeping ladies were also very friendly and attentive. However, there were a few disappointing points. The spa closes at 7pm, which feels quite early. The room we received wasn’t great, and although the apartment had a kitchen, it wasn’t very well equipped. I also found the reception staff less welcoming than expected, and the luggage room didn’t feel very secure. Overall, an okay stay but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Beautiful apartment with awesome view of the pool and ocean. We were blessed to be there for six days. The only thing to watch is the scent. They pump scent into the building, especially in the lobby and public places, but until I asked about it, it was also coming in our apartment. It’s strong for anyone with sensitivity to this.
