Todo estuvo perfecto durante la visita a Granada, estando situado este Hotel en Albolote. La chica de recepción genial, super amable, simpática y atenta. La limpieza muy bien, la climatización funciona perfecta, wifi y smarttv. Habitación amplia y camas anchas.El baño justo con lo necesario pero en excelentes condiciones y repito, super limpio e higiénico. En resumen, cuando vuelva, repetire sin duda. Camas de muelles muy incómodas, se te clavan en la espalda y es bastante molesto para dormir. Creía que en un hotel ya no se encontraban este topo de colchones. Necesita un lavado de imagen general la habitación y el baño, es oscuro y decadente. El personal ni siquiera saluda en la entrada ni en la salida.

Tienen que mejorar muchos aspectos

Lo peor de la estancia ha sido la limpieza. Sólo se dedicaban a hacer la cama, ni quitaban el polvo (a lo que mi hija es alérgica y lo ha pasado fatal), ni vaciaban las papeleras, ni reponían el papel higiénico. La bañera necesita una limpieza profunda, puesto que había mucho moho por las paredes y el desagüe no tragaba el agua. El inodoro también iba mal, perdía agua y tuve que arreglarla. Mantenimiento 0. Conclusión: si quieren atraer clientes, tendrán que hacer pequeños-grandes cambios.
