Great Value excellent bedding and matress

Excellent stay we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort given price. Excellent value for money. Fresh, clean and the bedding and matress were probably the best we have had on our 3 week road trip round Europe staying in approx 15 different hotels. Thoroughly recommend this budget option

Basic Hotel 3***?

On arrival hotel looked basic, rooms were very clean but small. Felt as if the hotel was more for backpackers. Would not recommend if you wish to stay in the hotel as the seating area is seperate to the accommodation block.

INADMISSIBLE !!! cela fait des années que je viens dans cet hôtel ( étant client fidèle de la chaîne campanile depuis plus de 25 ans) je suis scandalisé par la dégradation du confort des chambres de cet hôtel. La climatisation est simplement inexistante a tel point que dormir correctement relève de l'exploit! Les thermostats installés dans les chambres ne permettent pas de régler quoique se soit si ce n' est un semblant d'augmentation de la ventilation qui régler au maximum correspondrait dans d'autres hôtels au niveau de ventilation le plus faible. Étant donné la chaleur environnante impossible de rafraîchir correctement la chambre. Le personnel invoque depuis des années toujours le même motif a savoir une climatisation au maximum de ses capacités qui ne peut fournir plus lorsqu'il fait chaud... A quoi ça sert dans ce cas là d'avoir une clim ? Je trouve cela déplorable et je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel où l'on prend le client pour un imbecile

Absolument infernale en tous points. Cet établissement ne respecte absolument pas le standard Campanille. Chambre trop pourrie et mal isolée pour dresser le détail. Quand j'ai fait remarqué à l'accueil que je n'avais pas de bureau, elle m'a répondu de manière hautaine que la prochaine il faillait prevenir que je ne voulais pas de chambre handicapé sans bureau. Pas à moi de prévenir que je souhaite une chambre aux standards non mais en plus elle continue à vouloir avoir raison. Hôtel 0/20. Employée 0/20.

Mon séjour aurait pu être plus agréable. J’ai été installée dans une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite, alors que je n’avais pas fait cette demande, ce qui n’était pas vraiment adapté pour moi. L’accueil du personnel m’a semblé parfois un peu distant, et j’aurais apprécié davantage de bienveillance. J’espère que ces points pourront être améliorés, car l’établissement a du potentiel.
