We had an executive studio with a King bed, perfect for an overnight stay. The studio was warm, clean and comfortable. I loved the rainhead shower, which had excellent pressure. As part of the complex there is a takeaway shop, 4 square, liquor store, tavern, laundromat and the excellant Pembroke Patisserie, which meant we were able to have dinner and breakfast within walking distance. The complex is also close to the Clutha river walking track which we loved.

It was very handy to everything you want to do in the area. Close to a lot of walks and River. And Wanaka lake it's self. Having the 4 square, Bar, Restaurant, takeaways, alcohol store all in the same complex is fantastic. Will be staying again every time we are that way

We had a great stay in this property, conveniently located in between Hāwea and Wānaka. The property was very comfortable and loved the heating option. The self contained kitchen was also a great addition. There are nice eating options nearby and a perfect coffee shop with delicious pastries. We loved our stay here, already thinking of coming back Not a fan of two storey properties, only thing I can think of as a negative

Nice accommodation though disappointed by amenities. The name apartments meant I expected more. Fridge was much smaller than other mini fridges and no plates. Narrow stairs to room.

We were greeted by lovely ladies who went beyond their duties to make our stay even better. Their suggestions for activities and restaurants and help with reservations was incredibly nice. The room could have used a chair but other than that, it was clean and had what we needed. The location and the proximity to Wanaca wa perfect.

The advert was a bit misleading as it implied a private kitchenette which wasn't the case. Neighbours were noisy during quiet time. The unit lacked privacy as the door and window were clear glass and people on the street would peer in.

We felt this was too expensive for what was on offer. yes a brand new fresh apartment, but very basic indeed. No toaster, cutlery, milk or chairs to sit on. Had to sit or lie on the bed, which isn't really great unless you want to sleep! The very friendly Canadian receptionist was excellent and very helpful indeed. She is an asset to your business.

Warm, clean and comfortable room with great shared facilities and handy access to dining options along with a convenience store, bottle store and laundramat. Easy simple check in with parking directly outside our room. Very very happy with our stay and will return.

The property is excellent, however the cleaning was far below par! The rubbish bin hadn't been emptied from the previous customer, I then inspected the linen and I'm not convinced the this was changed. Thank you
