buono in generale; personale poco accogliente

Struttura è pulitissima, se pur datata. Posizione buona e con possibilità di parcheggi nei pressi. Purtroppo il personale mette a disagio, più che ospiti (clienti) ci sentivamo degli intrusi. A colazione noi e gli altri ospiti eravamo guardati a vista con il chiaro messaggio di non prendere altro. Preciso che odio i mangioni e cafoni, eppure tutti ci sentivamo tali, nonostante non abbia notato ospiti che approfittavano. Inoltre mi hanno fatto pagare in più la tassa di soggiorno, pur essendo già inclusa tra le spese preventivate e concordate.

tutto bene come soggiorno e posizione, un pò meno bene l'accoglienza della signora al momento dell'arrivo in quanto avevamo anticipato l'arrivo rispetto all'orario previsto. Molto gentile e garbato il signore addetto al turno di notte.

Nice to stay

I went to Alberobello from Bari by bus, the hotel was just a few minutes walk from the bus station and easy to be found. The host was nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Would recommend.
