The cleanng was ok, and the room cleaning is daly, the foods ars even ok and every food is continously avaiable under the lunch, brekfast and dinner time. The pool is ok and clean, the staff help in every case.

Séjour de 10 jours en famille, hôtel très confortable, bonne situation géographique, plage resto bar boutique etc.... propreté irréprochable, équipe d animation au TOP, merci à eux de nous avoir fait passer de superbe vacances..... le seul petit bémol, nourriture basique et toujours la même.....! Je reviendrais !

This reservation was a gift for my parents.My father was the first manager of this hotel when it was built in 1970.And they like their stay.My rate is what they told me about their stay.

Nous sommes arrivés le 12 août et répartis le 15 août ... pas une seule fois le ménage de la chambre à été fait (lit, nettoyage salle de bains ...) et il a fallu réclamer des serviettes propres ... vraiment horrible ... hôtel à eviter à tout prix.

В общем отдых можно оценить на троечку. Персонал вежливый, но анимация ( занятия с детьми) на самом низком уровне. В отеле проблемы с постельным бельём и полотенцами. Белье меняют 1 раз в 4 дня. Полотенца выборочно. Пляжных полотенец не выдают. Пришлось купить на месте. На двухспальную кровать не было соответствующих простыней. Стелили по 2 пододеяльника. Мыло, шампунь приносили только по обращению. Хорошо, что мы взяли кусок детского мыла с собой. Очень пригодился. Номера убираются плохо. На 4 звезды отель не тянет. Питание хорошее. В ресторане всегда чисто. Расположение удобное, все рядом и пляж, и улица для прогулок.

never going back to laguna garden

The room wasn't ready at check-in time; when we took over the room, the bathroom was dirty and we called the cleaning lady to wash it; the food had a low quality, we had to complain to the manager about a steak with bad smell, like carrion; very bad wifi connection.

The parents disappointed, but the kids happy.

The baby crib was not prepared as we requested and the bathroom was obviously not cleaned. They sent some fruits to our room as an apology at 15:00 and woke us all. These are no shelves in the wardrobe, so we had to keep most clothes in the travel bags. There is no fridge in the room. Also noticed that the toilets are locked when the lunchtime is over, so you have to go to your room to wash hands for example. No small forks or spoons for babies/kids at the restaurant and water in bottles is not available. If your room is close to the pool, expect a loud music at 16:00. The free wifi is extremely slow. Otherwise the hotel and the personnel are nice and friendly. The kids were very happy.

Ok Hotel Close to the Beach

Wife called several times but no one answered the phone at the front desk. Held my passport overnight -- not cool. Bed was not comfortable -- King bed with 2 twin blankets was basically useless as a king size bed. Shower had a tub that was poorly refurbished. Many ants in the bathroom.
