The staff members are extremely helpful and supportive. It's such a nice change to be on a property where people want to be there.. very relaxing and pleasant. My room was comfortable. I slept really well (comfy mattress... not too soft or too firm). And 5ish minutes from the Albany airport. I would totally go back again.

Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way! Convenient location to restaurants. We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!

A nice enough hotel that is amazingly close to the airport and includes free airport shuttle. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the items in the fitness center were not super well maintained, but that’s my only Minor complaint.
